摘　　要：通过外包T型叶根动叶片机械加工及装配中存在的问题,分析了改善动叶片加工工艺路线及检测方法,控制叶片加工精度及一致性,最终提高叶片装配质量,以保证汽轮机运行平稳,降低运行噪音,并对改进方法和手段较为详实的阐述,对汽轮机外包T叶根动叶片加工及装配控制有一定的指导意义。This paper analyzes and improves the processing route and detection method of the moving blade by outsourcing the problems in the mechanical processing and assembly of the T-shaped blade root moving blade,controlling the consistency of blade processing,and finally improving the blade assembly quality to ensure the smooth operation of the steam turbine and reduce the operation.Noise,and a more detailed explanation of the improvement methods and means have certain guiding significance for the processing and assembly control of steam turbine blades.
