摘  要:因强度较低且胶凝材料较少,成型后水工混凝土表观质量整体较差,低强度成为影响其渗透性和密实度的重要因素。文章结合大连市某工业园区排水泵站的高质量成型需求,探讨了透水模板和普通模板浇筑的低强度混凝土耐久性能。结果表明:采用透水模板布时不同配合比的混凝土成型致密光滑,其表面无气泡孔洞或缺陷,在一定程度上改善了混凝土密实度,有效提高了回弹强度、抗冲磨、抗碳化及抗冻融等耐久性能。Due to low strength and less cementing materials,the overall apparent quality of hydraulic concrete after forming is poor,and low strength has become an important factor affecting its permeability and compactness.In this paper,the durability of low-strength concrete poured by permeable formwork and ordinary formwork is discussed according to the demand of high quality forming for a drainage pump station in an industrial park in Dalian.The results show that the concrete formed with different proportions of permeable formwork cloth is dense and smooth,and its surface has no bubble holes or defects,which improves the compactness of concrete to a certain extent,and effectively improves the resilience strength,anti-abrasion,anti-carbonization and freeze-thaw resistance.
