摘　　要：综述有导线的永久心脏起搏器植入病人的经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)应用研究现状,包括PICC置管前的多学科团队评估、PICC置管路径选择、PICC置入难点及对策、PICC置管后护理要点等,以期为临床实践提供参考。This paper reviewed research status quo of peripherally inserted central venous catheters(PICC)in patients with permanent cardiac pacemaker implantation,including multidisciplinary team assessment before PICC catheterization,selection of PICC catheteriza-tion path,difficulties and countermeasures of PICC catheterization,and key points of nursing after PICC catheterization,so as to provide reference for clinical practice.
