摘 要:研究了60、80℃蒸养条件下大掺量粉煤灰和矿渣蒸养混凝土力学性能、氯离子渗透性和体积稳定性,并分析了粉煤灰和矿渣的反应程度。试验结果表明,60℃蒸养条件下,混凝土早期强度在矿渣掺量大时略微增强,粉煤灰掺量大时显著降低,但两者的后期强度均仅略低于纯水泥混凝土。而80℃蒸养条件下,大掺量粉煤灰试块早期强度得到改善,大掺量矿渣却使得早期强度有所降低,3种混凝土的后期强度均有所下降,但粉煤灰和矿渣混凝土强度劣化程度低于纯水泥混凝土。主要是因为粉煤灰与矿渣可缓解钙矾石延迟生成,提升混凝土的抗氯离子渗透性和体积稳定性,改善蒸养混凝土的耐久性。The effects of mineral admixtures and curing temperature on the mechanical properties,chloride ion permeability,volume stability and drying shrinkage of steam-cured concrete were studied by testing the related properties of high-volume fly ash and slag steam-cured concrete.The degree of reaction between fly ash and slag was analyzed.The test results show that under the condition of steam curing at 60℃,the early strength of concrete with high-volume blast furnace slag increased slightly,while that of high-volume fly ash concrete decreased significantly.The later strengths of the two were slightly lower than pure cement concrete.However,the steam curing temperature of 80℃can greatly stimulate the activity of fly ash and make up for the lack of early strength.In contrast,the early strength of high-volume blast furnace slag concrete decreased.The later strength of the three concretes deteriorated.The deterioration degree of fly ash and slag concretes were lower than that of pure cement concrete.The main reason is that the addition of fly ash and blast furnace slag can effectively reduce the influence of delayed ettringite formation,improve the chloride ion permeability resistance and volume stability of concrete thus improve the durability of steam-cured concrete.
