摘 要:以尾矿粉取代率r1和再生粗骨料取代率r2为变量,通过20组试验,对掺尾矿粉地聚物再生混凝土的立方体抗压fcu、劈裂抗拉ft、轴心抗压fc和弹性模量Ec进行测试,并对掺尾矿粉地聚物再生混凝土fcu随龄期之间的关系进行了研究。研究结果表明:当r1在10%以下时,对掺尾矿粉地聚物再生混凝土的fcu、ft和fc均有积极作用;r2的增加对掺尾矿粉地聚物再生混凝土的fcu、fc和Ec均有不利影响,而对ft有增强作用;掺尾矿粉地聚物再生混凝土强度在前7 d的增长率较快,7 d强度最高能达到28 d强度的92.82%。Taking the replacement rate of tailings powder r1 and the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate r2 as variables,through 20 groups of test,the cube compressive strength fcu,splitting tensile strength ft,axial compressive strength fc and elastic modulus Ec of recycled concrete mixed with tailings powder geopolymer was tested,and the relationship between fcu and age of recycled concrete mixed with tailings powder geopolymer was studied.The results show that when r1 is less than 10%,it has a positive effect on fcu,ft,and fc of recycled concrete mixed with tailings geopolymer.The increase of r2 has a negative effect on fcu,fc,and Ec of recycled concrete mixed with tailings geopolymer,but it has a strengthening effect on ft.The strength of recycled concrete mixed with tailings geopolymer increases rapidly in the first 7 days,and the maximum strength of 7 days can reach 92.82%of 28 days.
