摘 要:研究了高温蒸养与碳化协同作用下,丁苯乳液掺量对贝利特水泥砂浆力学性能与孔隙结构的影响规律。研究结果表明:丁苯乳液的掺入增大了贝利特水泥的孔隙率和大孔径比例,使聚合物水泥砂浆的力学性能显著降低。但同时较高的孔隙率和大孔径比例又为CO_(2)的渗透提供了通道,促进了水泥砂浆的碳化,有效提升了碳化后水泥砂浆的力学性能。丁苯乳液的加入提高了砂浆的折压比,改善了砂浆的韧性;但由于碳化作用对水泥砂浆抗压强度的提升幅度显著大于对抗折强度的提升幅度,使碳化后的折压比降低。The influence of styrene-butadiene emulsion(SBE)on mechanical properties and pore structure of Belite cement mortar under the synergistic effect of steam curing and carbonization curing was studied.The results show that the addition of SBE increases the total porosity and large pore ratio of Belite cement mortar thus result in lower mechanical strength.On the other hand,the increased porosity and large pore size ratio is beneficial to CO_(2) penetration,which promotes the carbonization of cement mortar and improves the mechanical properties of cement mortar.The addition of SBE increases the flexural/compressive strength ratio and improves the toughness of mortar.However,after carbonization,the compressive strength of cement mortar is significantly increased than the flexural strength,which reduces the flexural/compressive strength ratio.
