摘 要:研究了云砼砂取代河砂应用于水泥胶砂中的最佳比例及粒径2.36~4.75、1.18~2.36 mm的最佳级配。结果表明,保持胶砂流动度(190±5)mm不变,云砼砂等体积取代河砂从0增加至40%、60%、80%、100%时,胶砂拌和用水量和干表观密度均呈降低趋势;胶砂试块抗压强度呈先增加后降低趋势,并在云砼砂以60%等体积取代河砂时获得最大抗压强度56.55 MPa。通过跟踪红墨水扩散踪迹和测试显微硬度,发现云砼砂对水泥基体具有内养护效应,改善了水泥基体与云砼砂之间的黏结质量。云砼砂以60%等体积取代河砂时,粒径2.36~4.75 mm与1.18~2.36 mm的最佳级配比为4∶6,胶砂拌合物无泌水现象,抗压强度和抗折强度分别为52.69、8.47 MPa。It studies the optimum proportion of cloud concrete sand instead of river sand in cement mortar and the optimum gradation of particle size of 2.36~4.75 mm and 1.18~2.36 mm.The results show that when the fluidity of mortar is 190±5 mm and the equal volume of cloud concrete sand replaced river sand increased from 0 to 40%,60%,80% and 100%,the water consumption and dry apparent density of cement sand decreased.The compressive strength of mortar increases first and then decreases,and the maximum compressive strength is 56.55 MPa when the river sand is replaced by 60% equal volume of cloud concrete sand.By tracking the diffusion trace of red ink and testing the microhardness,it is found that the cloud concrete sand has an internal curing effect on the cement matrix,which improves the bonding quality between the cement matrix and cloud concrete sand.The results show that the best gradation ratio of particle size 2.36~4.75 mm to particle size 1.18~2.36 mm is 4∶6,the mortar mixture has no bleeding phenomenon,and the compressive strength and flexural strength are 52.69 MPa and 8.47 MPa respectively.
