摘 要:为了研究沙漠砂混凝土高温后抗压性能,配制不同沙漠砂替代率混凝土,进行高温后抗压强度试验,利用超声波法测得沙漠砂混凝土高温后波速变化,分析温度和沙漠砂替代率对沙漠砂混凝土抗压强度影响。研究发现:随温度升高,沙漠砂混凝土质量损失率呈上升趋势,超声波速均呈降低趋势;沙漠砂混凝土自然冷却条件下,100℃时抗压强度呈减小趋势;100~300℃之间抗压强度增大;300℃后抗压强度随温度升高呈急剧下降趋势。沙漠砂混凝土浇水冷却后,抗压强度随温度升高呈持续减小趋势。随沙漠砂替代率增加,沙漠砂混凝土抗压强度呈先增大减小趋势,替代率为40%时抗压强度最大。To study the desert sand concrete(DSC)compressive performance after high temperature,DSC was produced with different desert sand replacement ratio(DSRR),and compressive strength test after high temperature was carried out.Ultrasonic method was used to detect the velocity change of DSC after high temperature.The influence of temperature and DSRR on DSC compressive strength was analyzed.Experimental results showed that with increasing temperature,DSC qualityloss rate showed an upward trend,and the ultrasonic velocity showed a downward trend.Under natural cooling conditions,DSC compressive strength at 100 ℃ showed a decrease trend and increased in the range of 100~300 ℃.After 300 ℃,compressive strength decreased significantly with increasing temperature.Under watercooling conditions,DSC compressive strength showed a continuous decreasing trend as temperature rises.With increasing DSRR,the DSC compressive strength increased firstly,and then declined.When DSRR reached 40%,DSC compressive strength reached peak value.
