摘 要:以铜烟灰浸出铜、锌之后的酸浸渣为原料,采用NaCl-H_(2)SO_(4)溶液协同浸出铋并制取氯氧铋。在浸出铋过程中,考察了时间、硫酸添加量、液固比、温度以及NaCl浓度对铋浸出效果的影响。结果表明:NaCl浓度、硫酸添加量、时间和液固比对铋浸出率有显著影响,铋浸出率分别随NaCl浓度的升高、硫酸添加量的增加、液固比的增大呈增大趋势,随浸出时间的延长呈先增加后降低的趋势,随浸出温度的变化不明显;在NaCl浓度300 g/L、3倍理论硫酸添加量、时间2 h、温度60℃、液固比4∶1的最佳浸铋工艺条件下,Bi的浸出率>99%,>99%的铅和锡进入浸出渣;将含铋浸出液在温度70~90℃、pH值2.5~3.0的条件下水解0.5 h,可获纯度>99%、形态均一的氯氧铋。铜烟灰酸浸渣NaCl-H_(2)SO_(4)溶液协同浸出工艺高效、便捷,结果可为铋回收提供参考。The acid leaching residue after leaching copper and zinc from copper soot was used as raw material.The bismuth in acid leaching residue was leached by NaCl-H_(2)SO_(4) solution and bismuth oxychloride was prepared.The effects of time,sulfuric acid addition,liquid-to-solid ratio,temperature,and NaCl concentration on the leaching rates of bismuth were examined.The results demonstrate that the concentration of NaCl,the amount of sulfuric acid,the duration of time,and the liquid-to-solid ratio all have a substantial effect on the rate of bismuth leaching.The rate of bismuth leaching increases with increasing NaCl concentration,sulfuric acid content,and liquid-to-solid ratio,in that order.It increases first and then decreases as leaching time increases,and the change with leaching temperature is not obvious.The leaching rate of Bi is above 99%under optimal conditions of NaCl concentration 300 g/L,3 times theoretical sulfuric acid addition,leaching period 2 h,temperature 60℃,and liquid-to-solid ratio 4∶1,and more than 99%of lead and tin enter the leaching residue.Bismuth oxychloride with purity above 99%and uniform morphology can be obtained by hydrolysis of bismuth-containing leaching solution at 70-90℃and pH 2.5-3.0 for 0.5 h.The synergistic leaching process of NaCl-H_(2)SO_(4) solution from acid leaching residue of copper soot is efficient and convenient,and the results can provide a reference for recovery of bismuth.
