摘　　要：为了提高铁路车辆轴承塑料保持架质量,保证运输安全,满足铁路行业发展需求,制定TB/T 3567—2021 《铁路车辆轴承塑料保持架》。介绍标准的编制背景、原则和主要内容,并与欧洲铁路车辆塑料保持架标准对比。重点解析塑料保持架结构型式及分类、技术要求和检验方法,提出标准实施建议。In order to improve the quality of the plastic cages for rolling bearings of raiway vehicle, ensure transportation safety and meet the development needs of railway industry, TB/T 3567—2021 Plastic cages for rolling bearings of railway vehicle was formulated. This paper introduces the background, the principle and main contents of the standard, and compares it with the European standard for the plastic cages for rolling bearings of raiway vehicle. The structural types, classificationes, technical requirements and inspection methods of the plastic cages are emphatically analyzed.The implementation suggestions of the standards are given.
