摘 要:在排查机车各系统故障时,由于有些故障原因不明,只能凭经验更换与故障相关部件,这给机车运用埋下隐患,极易导致相同故障重复发生。为准确定位故障,利用中国机车远程监测与诊断系统(CMD)数据,提出综合分析机车故障的思路。简要阐述CMD构成及其数据内容。利用CMD数据,分析总风缸压力未达到整定值主压缩机停止打风、辅助压缩机打风慢造成机车无法升弓合闸、机车制动机无法缓解等故障。采用CMD数据分析故障,具有速度快、故障点定位准确优势,提高了机车故障判断和处理的效率。建议运用检修部门进一步分析数据间的关联,为机车安全运行以及精准检修提供有力支撑。In trouble shooting locomotive system faults,as the causes of some faults are unknown,the parts related to the faults can only be replaced experimentally,which has laid hidden dangers for locomotive operation and is very likely to lead to the recurrence of the same faults.To pinpoint faults,using the data from the Chinese Locomotive Remote Monitoring and Diagnosis(CMD)system,the idea of comprehensively analyzing locomotive faults is proposed.The composition of CMD and its data content are briefly described.The CMD data is used to analyze the fault of main compressor to stop filling air before the total air cylinder pressure reaches the set value,the auxiliary compressor slowly in filling air causing the locomotive to fail to raise the pantograph and closing main circuit breaker,and locomotive brakes not to be relieved.The use of CMD data for fault analysis has the advantages of fast speed and accurate fault point location,which improves the efficiency of locomotive fault judgment and processing.It is suggested that the operation and maintenance department should further analyze the correlation between the data,so as to provide strong support for the safe operation of locomotives and accurate maintenance.
