四维子宫输卵管超声造影对输卵管阻塞性病变诊断价值及不良反应研究

摘　　要：目的:研究四维子宫输卵管超声造影对输卵管阻塞性病变诊断价值及不良反应。方法:回顾性分析2019年6月-2021年6月来福建医科大学附属龙岩第一医院就诊的121例输卵管阻塞性病变疑似病例的临床资料。将其四维子宫输卵管超声造影与“金标准”腹腔镜下亚甲蓝注射液检查的诊断结果做对比,分析四维子宫输卵管超声造影的诊断效能。并对比患者行两种检查时不良反应发生情况。结果:四维子宫输卵管超声造影诊断输卵管通畅、输卵管通而不畅、输卵管阻塞的准确度分别为92.56%、82.64%、83.47%,且其检查过程中疼痛程度相较于腹腔镜下亚甲蓝注射液检查更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其他不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:四维子宫输卵管超声造影应用于输卵管阻塞性病变患者中诊断符合度较高,诊断价值良好且安全性尚可,可应用于临床输卵管阻塞性疾病的鉴别诊断中。Objective:To study the diagnostic value and adverse reactions of four-dimensional contrast-enhanced hysterosalpingography in fallopian tubal obstruction.Method:Retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 121 suspected cases of fallopian tubal obstructive diseases who came to Longyan First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from June 2019to June 2021.The diagnostic results of four-dimensional contrast-enhanced hysterosalpingography and"gold standard"laparoscopic examination of Methylthioninium Chloride Injection were compared,and analyzed the diagnostic efficacy of four-dimensional contrastenhanced hysterosalpingography.The adverse reactions of the patients during the two examinations were compared.Result:The accuracy of four-dimensional contrast-enhanced hysterosalpingography in the diagnosis of tubal patency,tubal patency but not smooth and tubal obstruction were 92.56%,82.64%and 83.47%,respectively,and the degree of pain during the examination was lower than that of laparoscopy with Methylthioninium Chloride Injection(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the occurrence of other adverse reactions(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of four-dimensional contrast-enhanced hysterosalpingography in patients with fallopian tubal obstructive diseases has a high diagnostic accuracy,good diagnostic value and safety,and can be used in the differential diagnosis of clinical fallopian tubal obstructive diseases.
