摘 要:深水半潜式油气生产平台的海上安装技术是我国油气产业走向水深的关键技术之一。其中,半潜式平台下船体这种超大型的板壳式浮体结构的装船作业,具有尺度大、重心高、结构强度较弱等特点。目前,国内已成熟应用的液压绞车、拉力千斤顶、自行式模块运输车等装船设备均已无法满足作业需求。陵水17-2气田开发项目租用国际上已成熟应用的液压滑靴系统,自主开发了配套的装船技术,成功实施了该项目33500t的半潜式平台下船体的横向滑移装船。本文系统介绍了该项目采用液压滑靴系统进行大型结构物横向滑移装船的相关设计及施工流程,旨在为后续类似工程提供指导。The offshore installation technology of the deepwater semi-submersible oil and gas production platform is one of the key technologies for China’s oil and gas industry to approach the deep sea.Due to the characteristics of the large scale,high center of gravity,weak structural strength and so on,the load-out operation of the super large plate and shell floating structure under the semi-submersible platform such as the hydraulic winch,strand jack,self-propelled module transport vehicle and other loading equipment that have been widely used in China can no longer meet the operational requirements.Lingshui 17-2 Gas Field Development Project,according to the characteristics of the project,rented the internationally mature hydraulic boot system,independently developed the supporting load-out technology,and successfully implemented the lateral skidding load-out of the ship under the 33500 ton semi-submersible platform of the project.This paper systematically introduces the design and construction process of the large-scale structure lateral slip loading using the hydraulic boot system,which is designed to provide guidance for similar projects.
