摘　　要：PPP模式强调政府和社会资本方合作,政府方和社会资本方基于平等的合作关系各自完成合同义务。政府方基于合同约定负有相应监管义务,同时也按约定承担相关风险,政府方的PPP项目履约管理对于PPP项目成败起着重要作用。本文分析了政府方在PPP项目履约管理中的常见问题,并结合具体案例阐述了相应对策,希望为政府方PPP项目履约管理提供有益参考。The PPP model emphasizes the cooperation between the government and the social capital,and the government and the social capital fulfill their contractual obligations based on an equal partnership.The government has the corresponding regulatory obligations based on the contract agreement,and also bears the relevant risks according to the agreement.The government's PPP project performance management plays an important role in the success or failure of the PPP project.This paper analyzes the common problems of the government in the performance management of PPP projects,and expounds the corresponding countermeasures with specific cases,hoping to provide useful reference for the government in the performance management of PPP projects.
