摘　　要：随着火电厂产业竞争的加剧,对火电厂的生产运营管控与成本管控已成为企业生产运营的重点内容,而实施对工业生产环节中的节能调控和监管则成为企业控制成本的必要途径。本章将对火电厂在生产环节中的节能控制措施以及监督管理的手段,加以简要论述。With the intensification of industrial competition of waste heat thermal power plants,the production and operation control and cost control of thermal power plants have become the key content of enterprise production and operation,and the implementation of energy-saving regulation and supervision in industrial production has become a necessary way for enterprises to control costs.This chapter will briefly discuss the energy-saving control measures and supervision and management means in the production link of thermal power plant.
