摘  要:目前,国内煤矿井下排水泵大都是工人值守手动操作,工人现场开停气动隔膜泵,现场由工人全程操作,工人操作不当或者责任心不到位,导致井下积水排放不及时,会影响现场安全及正常生产,现场水量不大时,通常做法是减少压缩空气进气量,让气动隔膜泵慢速运行,气动隔膜泵长时间不停的工作,不仅浪费了压风资源又增加了气动隔膜泵磨损,大大缩短了使用寿命。本次研究的课题是研制一种能够根据水仓水位升降,使气动隔膜泵能够瞬开瞬停的自动控制装置,实现自动控制,减少人为干预和解决气动隔膜泵长时间运行的问题,合理利用压缩空气,节约成本。At present,most of the domestic underground drainage pumps in coal mines are operated manually by workers on duty.The workers start and stop the pneumatic diaphragm pump at the site.The workers operate the pump throughout the process.The improper operation or lack of sense of responsibility of the workers will lead to the untimely drainage of underground water,which will affect the safety and normal production of the site.When the amount of water on the site is not large,the usual practice is to reduce the amount of compressed air intake and let the pneumatic diaphragm pump run slowly.The continuous work of the pneumatic diaphragm pump for a long time not only wastes the compressed air resources,but also increases the wear of the pneumatic diaphragm pump,which greatly shortens the service life.The subject of this research is to develop an automatic control device that can make the pneumatic diaphragm pump start and stop instantaneously according to the rise and fall of the water level in the water bin,to achieve automatic control,reduce human intervention and solve the problem of the pneumatic diaphragm pump running for a long time,reasonably use the compressed air,and save costs.
