摘  要:冰雹天气是造成苹果减产的主要原因,而传统防冰雹技术落后,因此,文中设计了一款防冰雹无线通信模块系统。系统以STC89C51为主控器,通过温湿度传感器DHT11对果园内的温湿度进行采集,然后通过LoRa无线通信技术,为避免同一信道干扰以点对点的模式对采集到的数据进行远距离无线传输,通过GPRS模块将采集到的气象数据传送到云服务器终端,以实现远程检测的目的。模块整体测试在果树基地进行,实地测试表明,温湿度采集数据相对误差在5%左右,网络稳定延迟0.05~0.08 s,传输数据误码率几乎为0,信号服务质量满足精准传输要求。数据传输时间平均为487 ms,系统收发模式下最大功率为100 mW,结果表明,该模块具有精度高、稳定性好、功耗低等特点。模块应用于防冰雹系统有利于果园的智能化管理,对果业生产具有很大的促进作用。Hail weather is the main reason for the decrease in apple production,and traditional anti-hail technology is backward.Therefore,this paper designs an anti-hail wireless communication module system.The system uses STC89C51 as the main controller,collects the temperature and humidity in the orchard through the temperature and humidity sensor DHT11,and then uses LoRa wireless communication technology to avoid interference from the same channel.In the mode of long-distance wireless transmission of the collected data,the collected meteorological data is transmitted to the cloud server terminal through the GPRS module to achieve the purpose of remote detection.The overall test of the module is carried out in the fruit tree base.Field tests showed that the relative error of the temperature and humidity collected data is about 5%,the network stability delay is 0.05~0.08 s,the bit error rate of the transmitted data is almost 0,and the signal service quality meets the requirements of accurate transmission and data transmission.The average time is 487 ms,and the maximum power is 100 mW in the system transceiver mode.The results show that the module has the characteristics of high accuracy,good stability,and low power consumption.The application of the module to the anti-hail system is conducive to the intelligent management of orchards and is very useful Great promotion for fruit industry production.
