摘 要:介绍了隐式边界法基本原理和MIDAS MeshFree软件特点.摇枕是铁路货车关键部件之一,其仿真计算的准确性对于疲劳寿命分析具有很大的影响.文章以转K6摇枕为建模对象,在不进行模型简化和网格划分的条件下,建立基于摇枕静强度试验台架的仿真计算模型,在试验件与工装接触处设置多个不同的摩擦系数进行计算分析,基于摇枕静强度试验测试结果,分析了接触条件对测点计算应力的影响.结果表明,在转K6摇枕结构的仿真计算模型中,接触处摩擦系数的影响明显,其最佳摩擦系数为0.15.The basic principle of implicit boundary method and the characteristics of MIDAS MeshFree software are introduced.The bolster is one of the key components of railway freight cars,and the accuracy of the finite element simulation calculation has a great influence on the fatigue life analysis.This paper takes the rotary K6 bolster as the modeling object,and establishes the simulation calculation model based on the static strength test bench of the bolster without model simplification and mesh division.Then several different contact friction coefficients are set for calculation and analysis.Based on the test results of the static strength test of the bolster,the influence of contact conditions on the calculated stress of the test point is analyzed.The results show that in the finite element simulation of the structural stress of the rotating K6 bolster,the influence of the friction coefficient of the contact condition is obvious,and the optimal friction coefficient is 0.15.
