摘　　要：目的评估骨形态发生蛋白(bone morphogenetic protein,BMP)复合材料联合空心螺钉对急性股骨颈骨折(faise-negative frac⁃tion,FNF)患者的疗效。方法选取2020年1月—2021年1月绵阳市中心医院收治的80例急性FNF患者,遵循随机数表法分为对照组(40例,行空心螺钉治疗)与观察组(40例,行BMP复合材料+空心螺钉治疗)。观察对比两组股骨颈密度、日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分、手术相关指标、髋关节功能、并发症情况。结果术前,两组股骨颈密度、ADL评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后1年,观察组股骨颈密度、ADL评分较对照组更佳,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术前准备时间、术中失血量、手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组骨折愈合时间较对照组更短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组髋关节功能恢复优良率(90.00%)高于对照组(65.00%),且并发症发生率(5.00%)低于对照组(22.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.169、5.165,P=0.007、0.023)。结论对急性FNF患者行BMP复合材料+空心螺钉治疗,并发症少且能显著改善髋关节功能。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of bone morphogenetic protein(BMP)composites combined hollow screws in patients with acute femoral neck fractures(FNF).Methods 80 patients with acute FNF admitted to Mianyang Central Hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group(40 patients,who were treated with hollow screws)and the observation group(40 patients,who were treated with BMP composite+hollow screws).The femoral neck density,ADL score,operation related indexes,hip joint function and complications of the two groups were observed and compared.Results Before operation,there was no statistically significant difference in femoral neck density and ADL score between the two groups(P>0.05).One year after operation,the femoral neck density and ADL score in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in preoperative preparation time,intraoperative blood loss and operation time between the two groups(P>0.05),but the fracture healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of hip joint function recovery in the observation group(90.00%)was higher than that in the control group(65.00%),and the complication rate(5.00%)was lower than that in the control group(22.50%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.169,5.165,P=0.007,0.023).Conclusion Patients with acute FNF were treated with BMP composite combined with cannulated screws,with fewer complications and significantly improved hip joint function.
