摘 要:目的探讨对慢性心力衰竭患者采用心脏超声诊断并进行心功能评估的价值。方法选取2017年1月—2021年12月丹阳市人民医院收治的慢性心力衰竭患者40例为观察组,另取同期接收的健康体检者40名为对照组,均进行心脏超声检查,比较两组受试者心脏超声指标和不同等级患者心脏超声指标水平差异。结果观察组LVEF(43.48±3.21)%、CI(2.26±0.16)L/(min·m^(2))小于对照组;LVEDD(57.36±5.15)mm、LV(42.86±4.95)mm大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.932、15.342、11.210、9.973,P<0.05)。心功能分级Ⅳ级组LVEF(34.28±3.57)%、CI(1.91±0.19)L/(min·m^(2))小于Ⅲ级组;LVEDD(65.81±4.17)mm、LV(46.93±1.95)mm大于Ⅲ级组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.341、3.432、5.591、6.123,P<0.05);心功能分级Ⅲ级组LVEF(42.69±3.84)%、CI(2.18±0.19)L/(min·m^(2))小于Ⅰ、Ⅱ级组;LVEDD(56.32±4.05)mm、LV(41.85±2.04)mm大于Ⅰ、Ⅱ级组,差异有统计学意义(t=6.061、7.411、4.014、7.879,P<0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭者采用心脏超声检查能有效识别患者超声指标的异常,且超声指标可辅助进行心功能等级的评估,值得推广。Objective To explore the value of using cardiac ultrasound for diagnosis and assessment of cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods Forty cases of chronic heart failure admitted from January 2017 to December 2021 were selected as the observation group,and another 40 people receiving health checkups in the same period were taken as the control group,all of whom underwent cardiac ultrasound examination.The cardiac ultrasound indexes were compared between the two groups,and compared the differences in the levels of cardiac ultrasound indexes in patients of different grades.Results LVEF(43.48±3.21)%,CI(2.26±0.16)L/(min·m^(2))in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group;LVEDD(57.36±5.15)mm,LV(42.86±4.95)mm was greater than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=15.932,15.342,11.210,9.973,P<0.05).LVEF(34.28±3.57)%,CI(1.91±0.19)L/(min·m^(2))in the cardiac function class IV group was smaller than that in the classⅢgroup;LVEDD(65.81±4.17)mm,LV(46.93±1.95)mm was greater than that in the classⅢgroup,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.341,3.432,5.591,6.123,P<0.05).LVEF(42.69±3.84)%,CI(2.18±0.19)L/(min·m^(2))in the cardiac function classⅢgroup was less than in the classⅠ,Ⅱgroup;LVEDD(56.32±4.05)mm,LV(41.85±2.04)mm was greater than in the classⅠ,Ⅱgroup,the difference was statistically significant(t=6.061,7.411,4.014,7.879,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of cardiac ultrasound in patients with chronic heart failure can effectively identify abnormalities in the ultrasound indexes of patients,and the ultrasound indexes can assist in the assessment of cardiac function class,which is worth promoting.
