锎-252后装放疗联合外照射治疗宫颈癌的研究

摘　　要：目的将锎-252中子腔内后装治疗联合外射治疗宫颈癌患者,通过检测放疗后的临床疗效和血液学检测结果观察整体的治疗效果。方法选取2021年1—12月齐齐哈尔医学院附属第三医院收治的100例宫颈癌患者作为研究对象,根据随机分配原则分为治疗组(60例)和对照组(40例)。对照组单纯采用252锎中子近距离治疗,治疗组采用252锎中子腔内后装治疗联合外射治疗方法,检测两组患者血液免疫细胞,得到宫颈癌患者对此种方法的临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗总有效率为76.67%,明显高于对照组52.50%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.340,P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的Treg、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论锎-252中子腔内后装治疗联合外射治疗宫颈癌,通过观察临床总有效率,证实此治疗方法在宫颈癌的治疗方面效果显著,减少并发症的发生率,为未来宫颈癌病变的诊疗方法提供实用可靠的临床依据。Objective The combination of intracavitary afterloading therapy with californium-252 neutron and external radiotherapy was used to treat cervical cancer patients.The clinical efficacy and hematology results after radiotherapy were measured to observe the overall treatment effect.Methods A total of 100 patients with cervical cancer Admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical College from January to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into treatment group(60 cases)and control group(40 cases)according to the principle of random distribution.The control group was treated with californium-252 neutron brachytherapy alone,while the treatment group was treated with californium-252 neutron intracavitary afterloading combined with external radiation therapy.The blood immune cells of the two groups were detected to obtain the clinical efficacy of this method for cervical cancer patients.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 76.67%,significantly higher than the control group 52.50%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.340,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Treg,CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of intracavitary afterloading therapy with californium-252 neutrons and external radiation therapy for cervical cancer has proved that this therapy has significant effect in the treatment of cervical cancer by observing the total clinical effective rate,reducing the incidence of complications,to provide practical and reliable clinical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of cervical cancer in the future.
