分析妇安宁熏洗配合脓肿造口术治疗前庭大腺脓肿的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的评估前庭大腺脓肿患者应用妇安宁熏洗配合脓肿造口术治疗的效果。方法选择常熟市中医院在2019年3月—2021年3月期间接诊的70例前庭大腺脓肿患者,根据随机数表法分为对照组与研究组,各35例,对照组接受脓肿造口术治疗,研究组接受妇安宁熏洗配合脓肿造口术治疗,对比两组患者治疗总有效率、自觉症状得分、炎症指标。结果研究组的治疗总有效率(100.00%)高于对照组(82.86%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.557,P=0.032)。研究组治疗后的自觉症状得分(0.42±0.15)分低于对照组的(1.32±0.35)分,IL-6(20.05±1.52)ng/L、IL-2(5.05±1.52)pg/mL、IL-1β(12.65±5.52)pg/mL均低于对照组的(24.13±2.36)ng/L、(7.65±1.36)pg/mL、(23.69±6.52)pg/mL,差异有统计学意义(t=13.982、8.598、7.541、7.645,P<0.001)。结论前庭大腺脓肿患者采用妇安宁熏洗配合脓肿造口术治疗的效果显著,值得在临床中予以推广使用。Objective To evaluate the effect of Fuanning fumigation combined with abscess stoma in the treatment of patients with vestibular gland abscess.Methods Seventy patients with vestibular gland abscess admitted to Changshu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the control group and the study group,35 cases in each group.The control group received abscess stoma treatment,and the study group received fuanning fumigation and washing combined with abscess stoma treatment.The total effective rate,conscious symptom score and inflammation index of patients were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group(100.00%)was higher than that of the control group(82.86%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.557,P=0.032).After treatment,the score of self-conscious symptoms in the study group was(0.42±0.15)points lower than that in the control group(1.32±0.35)points,IL-6(20.05±1.52)ng/L,IL-2(5.05±1.52)pg/mL,IL-1β(12.65±5.52)pg/mL were significantly lower than those of control group(24.13±2.36)ng/L,(7.65±1.36)pg/mL,(23.69±6.52)pg/mL,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.982,8.598,7.541,7.645,P<0.001).Conclusion Fuanning fumigation combined with abscess stoma in the treatment of vestibular gland abscess is effective and worthy of popularization in clinical practice.
