耳穴埋豆联合氨溴特罗口服液对小儿支气管肺炎患儿临床症状及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察耳穴埋豆联合氨溴特罗口服液对小儿支气管肺炎儿童临床症状及生活质量的影响。方法:将小儿支气管肺炎患者108例随机分成两组各54例,对照组采用基础治疗联合氨溴特罗口服液,观察组在对照组基础上给予耳穴埋豆,共治疗7天。观察总有效率、不良反应及治疗前后中医证候积分变化情况。结果:观察组与对照组总有效率分别为98.0%、96.1%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者中医证候积分均较治疗前改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组治疗后组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组能有效加快氨溴特罗口服液对咳嗽、喘促的起效时间及肺部听诊消除时间(P<0.05)。不良反应两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:耳穴埋豆联合氨溴特罗口服液能缩短小儿支气管肺炎不适症状消除时间,安全性好。Objective:To observe the influence of auricular pressing and ambroxol hydrochloride and clenbuterol hydrochloride oral solution on clinical symptoms and quality of life in children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods:All 108 children were randomized into two groups,with 54 cases in each group,the control group adopted basic therapy and ambroxol hydrochloride and clenbuterol hydrochloride oral solution,and the observation group used auricular pressing,for seven days.To observe total effective rate,adverse reaction and TCM syndrome integrals before and after treating.Results:Total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 98.0%and 96.1%respectively,and the difference had no statistical meaning(P>0.05).After the treatment,TCM syndrome integrals of both groups were improved compared with before treating,and the difference had statistical meaning(P<0.05),while the difference had no statistical meaning between both groups after the treating(P>0.05);the therapy could effectively speed up the onset time of the oral solution on cough and asthma and the removal time of lung auscultation in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular pressing and ambroxol hydrochloride and clenbuterol hydrochloride oral solution could shorten the removal time of discomforts in children with bronchial pneumonia with good safety.
