中医脏腑辨治联合激素治疗原发免疫性血小板减少症的研究进展

摘　　要：探讨现代医家应用中医脏腑辨治联合激素治疗原发免疫性血小板减少症(primary immune thrombocytopenia,ITP)的经验,指出目前西医一线治疗ITP首选糖皮质激素,能有效提高血小板数量,减轻出血症状,但长期使用不良反应明显,少数患者不易耐受且容易复发;中医认为ITP的病位与五脏密切相关,五脏辨证治疗可起到减毒增效的作用。By discussing modern doctors’experience in applying hormone and visceral differentiation in the treatment of ITP,it is pointed out that glucocorticoid as the preferred treatment of ITP in Western medicine at present could effectively raise platelet counts,alleviate bleeding,but long-term use showing obvious adverse reaction,it is not easily tolerated for a few patients and they prone to relapse;it is believed that the location of ITP is closely related to five viscera,visceral differentiation could enhance clinical efficacy and reduce the toxicity.
