品管圈在临床应用中降低儿科住院患者口服给药缺陷率的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈在临床应用中降低儿科住院患者口服给药缺陷率的效果。方法建立品管圈,确定活动主题为“降低儿科住院患者口服给药缺陷率”,设计调查表并对口服给药缺陷原因进行系统收集,实施现状分析并设定目标,通过PDCA循环原则实施并检讨所制定的对策开展品管圈活动,明确2021年10~12月品管圈活动实施前及2022年1~2月实施后的口服给药缺陷率及圈员成长情况差异变化。结果品管圈实施后的口服给药总缺陷率(1.94%)明显低于实施前(5.82%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。开展品管圈活动后,圈员自信心、责任心、团队凝聚能力、解决问题能力、质量改进能力以及沟通协调能力均较活动前明显提高。结论品管圈活动有助于提升儿科护士临床问题解决能力及责任心等综合素质,进而促使儿科住院患者口服给药缺陷率有效降低,提升用药安全性,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle on reducing the defect rate of oral administration in pediatric inpatients.Methods Establish a quality control circle,determine the activity theme as"reducing the oral administration defect rate of pediatric inpatients",The questionnaire was designed and the causes of oral administration defects were systematically collected,Analyze the implementation status and set goals,implement and review the countermeasures through the PDCA cycle principle,Clarify the difference and change of oral administration defect rate and circle member growth before the implementation of quality control circle activities from October to December 2021 and after the implementation of quality control circle activities from January to February 2022.Results The total defect rate of oral administration after the implementation of quality control circle(1.94%)was significantly lower than that before the implementation(5.82%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the quality control circle activity,the circle members'selfconfidence,sense of responsibility,team cohesion,problem-solving ability,quality improvement ability and communication and coordination ability were significantly improved compared with those before the activity.Conclusion The activity of quality control circle is helpful to improve the comprehensive quality of pediatric nurses,such as clinical problem-solving ability and sense of responsibility,so as to effectively reduce the oral administration defect rate of pediatric inpatients and improve the drug safety,which is worthy of promotion.
