摘　　要：目的探讨快速康复外科(fast-track surger y,FTS)护理在经尿道前列腺钬激光剜除术(holmium laser enucleation of prostate,HOLEP)患者中的价值。方法选取2019年3月-2021年3月东莞市人民医院行HOLEP的100例前列腺增生患者。按随机数字表法分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(快速康复护理),各50例。对照组应用常规围手术期护理,观察组应用FTS护理,两组均观察3个月。对比两组术后恢复情况、并发症、生活质量。结果观察组术后肛门排气时间、下床活动时间、导尿管留置时间、住院时间短于对照组,视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)评分、并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)中的心理、躯体、社会功能与物质状态评分相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组GQOLI-74内各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论FTS护理在行HOLEP治疗的患者中应用效果确切,可促进患者恢复,减轻其疼痛程度,减少并发症,从而显著的提高其生活质量,值得应用。Objective To investigate the value of fast-track Surgery(FTS)nursing in transurethral holmium laser enucleation of prostate(HOLEP)patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who underwent HOLEP in Dongguan People's Hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected.They were divided into control group(routine nursing)and observation group(fast-track nursing)according to random number table,50 cases for each group.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group was given FTS nursing.Both groups were observed for 3 months.The postoperative recovery,complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative anal exhaust time,ambulation time,catheter indwelling time,and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the Visual Analogue Pain Scale(VAS)score and the incidence of complications were lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences.Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of psychological,physical,social function and material status in the Comprehensive Assessment Questionnaire for Quality of Life(GQOLI-74)between the two groups(P>0.05);after the intervention,the scores of each dimension in GQOLI-74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of FTS nursing in patients undergoing HOLEP treatment is accurate,which can promote the recovery of patients,reduce their pain degree,reduce complications,and significantly improve their quality of life,which is worthy of application.
