活血化瘀方治疗对维持性血液透析患者临床疗效、动静脉穿刺成功率及内瘘血流量的影响

摘　　要：目的探究活血化瘀方治疗对维持性血液透析患者临床疗效、动静脉穿刺成功率及内瘘血流量的影响。方法选取本院于2017年3月-2019年3月收治的94例慢性肾衰竭维持性血液透析患者为本次研究对象,进行随机分组,分为研究组和参照组,每组均为47例,比较两组临床疗效、内瘘成熟时间、首次穿刺成功率、内瘘血流量、内瘘皮肤瘢痕范围以及并发症发生情况。结果研究组总有效率(95.74%)较参照组总有效率(78.73%)高(P<0.05);研究组内瘘成熟所需时间低于参照组,内瘘皮肤瘢痕范围少于参照组(P<0.05);研究组首次穿刺成功率(100.00%)、内瘘血流量较参照组首次穿刺成功率(85.11%)、内瘘血流量高,两组比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组并发症总发生率为6.38%,参照组并发症总发生率为23.40%,明显高于研究组(P<0.05)。结论活血化瘀方治疗能够有效提高维持性血液透析患者的治疗效果,提高动静脉穿刺成功率,改善患者内瘘血流量,降低并发症发生风险。Objective To investigate clinical curative effect,success rate of arteriovenous puncture and internal fistula blood flow of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis recipe for patients with maintenance hemodialysis.Methods The paper chose 94 cases chronic renal failure maintenance hemodialysis patients admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 as study subjects,and divided them into study group and reference group randomly,with 47 cases in each group.Clinical curative effect,maturity time of internal fistula,first puncture success rate,internal fistula blood flow,internal fistula skin scar range and complications was compared between two groups.Results Total effective rate of study group(95.74%)was higher than reference group(78.73%)(P<0.05);time of internal fistula maturation in study group was shorter than control group,and extent of internal fistula scar was less than control group(P<0.05);first puncture success rate(100.00%),internal fistula blood flow in study group was higher than reference group(85.11%),internal fistula blood flow was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,total incidence of complications was 6.38%in study group,significantly higher than 23.40%in reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis recipe can improve curative effect of maintenance hemodialysis patients effectively,success rate of arteriovenous puncture,blood flow of patients with internal fistula,and reduce risks of complications.
