丙泊酚治疗局麻药中毒患者的疗效及对苏醒时间的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨丙泊酚治疗局麻药中毒患者的疗效及对苏醒时间的影响。方法以2018年2月-2021年2月本院收治的45例局麻药中毒患者为对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组。对照组给予咪达唑仑治疗,观察组给予丙泊酚治疗。对比两组疗效及苏醒时间。结果观察组起效时间及苏醒时间均较对照组快(P<0.05)。两组治疗后心率(HR)、血氧饱和度(SpO2)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)水平均升高,观察组HR低于对照组,其余指标高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚治疗局麻药中毒的起效迅速,苏醒时间快,有助于患者的血流动力学稳定。Objective To investigate effect of propofol in treatment of patients with local anesthetic poisoning and influence on recovery time.Methods The paper chose 45 patients with local anesthetic poisoning admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2021 as subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group according to random number table method.Control group:treated with midazolam,observation group:with propofol.Curative effect and recovery time was compared between two groups.Results Onset time and recovery time of observation group was faster than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of heart rate(HR),blood oxygen saturation(SpO2),systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)in two groups increased.HR in observation group was lower than control group,while other indexes were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Propofol can achieve rapid onset and quick awakening time for patients with local anesthetic poisoning,which is helpful to stability of hemodynamics.
