摘　　要：目的探讨雅安产黄芪及配伍汤剂对过敏性支气管哮喘(PM诱发)治疗的基础药理学研究。方法购买SPF级SD大鼠,雄性,共60只,随机分为治疗对照组(n=30)与治疗实验组(n=30),其中对照组,大鼠购以雅安本土种植的黄芪、杏仁、苏子、紫菀、款冬花、甘草等中药材组方的煎煮物进行雾化吸入对比两组治疗效果。结果实验组大鼠的相关指标与治疗效果均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对过敏性支气管哮喘的患者采用雅安产黄芪及其配伍的汤剂雾化吸入方案进行治疗可明显促进患者疾病恢复,临床应用价值显著,可以在未来临床上进行尝试推广,同时持续进行后续相关研究。Objective To investigate basic pharmacological study of astragalus membranaceus and its compatibility decoction produced in Ya'an in treatment of allergic bronchial asthma(PM induced).Methods The paper chose 60 SPF SD rats,male(by purchase),and divided them into treatment control group(n=30)and treatment experimental group(n=30)randomly.Rats in experimental group werer treated with aerosol decoction of astragalus membranaceus,almonds,perilla seeds,aster,farfara,licorice and other Chinese herbal medicines locally grown in Ya'an.Curative effect between two groups was compared.Results Related indexes and curative effect of experimental group were significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Aerosol inhalation of astragalus membranaceus and its concomitant decoction produced in Ya'an can promote recovery of patients with allergic bronchial asthma significantly,with significant clinical application value,which can be tried to promote in future clinical practice,and follow-up related research should be continued.
