小剂量糖皮质激素结合消炎痛用于亚急性甲状腺炎治疗中的有效性及安全性探究

摘　　要：目的探讨亚急性甲状腺炎患者采用小剂量糖皮质激素结合消炎痛治疗的有效性及安全性。方法选取2018年12月-2020年12月本院收治的102例亚急性甲状腺炎患者为研究对象,入选患者根据就诊单双号分为两组实施研究,每组各51例列入对照组与观察组中,前者采用小剂量糖皮质激素治疗,后者联合消炎痛治疗,对比2组患者各项临床症状缓解时间、红细胞沉降率及患者出现的不良反应。结果与对照组比较,观察组在发热症状、甲状腺疼痛症状及甲状腺肿胀等症状消失时间方面更具优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,对照组患者与观察组患者的红细胞沉降率不存在统计学差异性(P>0.05);观察组治疗1周后、治疗4周后的红细胞沉降率显著低于治疗前及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率3.92%,显著低于对照组的19.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对亚急性甲状腺炎患者,小剂量糖皮质激素结合消炎痛能促使患者发热、疼痛及肿胀症状在短时间内消失,使得患者的红细胞沉降率得以改善,且不良反应少,使用价值显著。Objective To investigate effect and safety of low dose glucocorticoid combined with indomethacin in treatment of subacute thyroiditis.Methods The paper chose 102 patients with subacute thyroiditis admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 as research objects,and divided them into two groups for research according to double number of medical bills,51 cases each in control group and observation group.The former was treated with low-dose glucocorticoid,while the latter with indomethacin.Clinical symptom relief time,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and adverse reactions of patients were compared between two groups.Results Observation group had more advantages in disappearance time of fever symptoms,thyroid pain symptoms and thyroid swelling symptoms than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);before treatment,erythrocyte sedimentation rate between control group and observation group showed no statistical difference(P>0.05).Erythrocyte sedimentation rate of observation group after one week of treatment and four weeks of treatment was significantly lower than before treatment and control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);adverse reactions incidence in observation group was 3.92%,significantly lower than control group(19.61%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-dose glucocorticoid combined with indomethacin can promote disappearance of fever,pain and swelling symptoms of subacute thyroiditis patients in a short time,improve erythrocyte sedimentation rate with less adverse reactions,which has significant application value.
