聚焦解决模式应用于急性百草枯中毒护理中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究聚焦解决模式用于急性百草枯中毒护理中效果如何。方法选取2019年1~12月本院80例急性百草枯中毒患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,每组各40例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组于对照组基础上加聚焦解决模式,对不良事件、健康知识掌握进行对比。结果观察组不良事件发生率(2.50%)明显低于对照组(12.50%),差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。两组干预前的合理饮食、自我护理、用药原则等方面知识无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后均明显改善,但观察组合理饮食、自我护理、用药原则等方面知识优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组干预前社会功能、物质生活、躯体功能、心理功能无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后均明显改善,但观察组社会功能、物质生活、躯体功能、心理功能则优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性百草枯中毒患者给予聚焦解决模式护理,不良反应降低,且对疾病知识的掌握程度方面提高,具有重要临价值意义。Objective To explore effect of focused solution mode in nursing of acute paraquat poisoning.Methods The paper chose 80 patients with acute paraquat poisoning in our hospital from January to December 2019,and divided them into control group and observation group randomly,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with routine nursing,and observation group with focused solution mode on the basis of control group.Mastering on adverse events and health knowledge was compared.Results Incidence of adverse events in observation group(2.50%)was significantly lower than control group(12.50%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in knowledge of rational diet,self-care and medication principles between two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,data of all patients improved significantly,those of observation group were better than control group in aspects of diet management,self-care,medication principles,etc.,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in social function,material life,physical function and psychological function between two groups before intervention(P>0.05);social function,material life,physical function and psychological function of observation group was better than control group after intervention,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Focused solution nursing can reduce adverse reactions and improve mastery of disease knowledge for acute paraquat poisoning patients,which is of great clinical significance.
