摘　　要：目的探讨在视网膜脱离术后使用U型枕来护理对恢复速度及舒适度的影响。方法选取本院眼科2019年12月-2020年2月收治的行常规护理视网膜脱离术后的患者25例将其作为对照组,另外选取从2020年3~5月收治的行常规术后结合U型枕护理的患者25例作为观察组,对比两组患者的术后舒适度的变化;护理满意度;护理前后的睡眠质量评分;护理前后的生活质量评分。结果观察组的舒适度、护理满意度、睡眠质量、生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在视网膜脱离的术后结合U型枕护理,效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate effect of nursing with U-shaped pillow on recovery speed and comfort after retinal detachment surgery.Methods The paper chose 25 patients received routine nursing after retinal detachment surgery from December 2019 to February 2020 in ophthalmology department of our hospital as control group,and 25 patients with routine nurisng combined with U-shaped pillow care from March to May 2020 as observation group.Changes of postoperative comfort,nursing satisfaction degree,sleep quality scores before and after nursing,life quality scores before and after nursing were compared between two groups.Results Scores of comfort,nursing satisfaction degree,sleep quality and life quality in observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After operation of retinal detachment,U-shaped pillow nursing can achieve significant effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
