摘 要:分析了机械密封端面摩擦机理,根据端面的摩擦机理,选用声发射信号(Acoustic Emission,AE),作为表征密封端面摩擦状态的监测信号,建立了基于AE信号的密封端面摩擦状态的监测模型。根据机械密封的工程应用需求,将密封端面工作状态分为三种类型:边界摩擦状态、混合摩擦状态和流体润滑状态,利用采集的声发射信号和建立的监测模型,能够有效地识别密封端面的工作状态,识别率大于70%。The basic friction mechanism of the seal face was analyzed.According to the friction mechanism of the seal face,the acoustic emission signal was selected as the characteristic signal of the seal face friction state,and the monitoring model of the seal face friction state was established.According to the engineering application requirements of seal,the working state of seal face is divided into three types:contact friction state,mixed friction state and fluid lubrication state.Based on the collected acoustic emission signals and the established monitoring model,the working state of seal face can be effectively identified,and the recognition rate is more than 88%.
