摘　　要：痔疮的临床发病率较高,手术是治疗痔疮最常见,也是最重要的方法,但术后并发症的发生往往给患者带来较大的痛苦和心理负担。尿潴留是痔疮术后常见并发症之一,中医外治法以其简便验廉的优势在痔疮术后尿潴留的防治上起重要作用。本文搜集了大量文献资料,对近年来中医外治法防治痔疮术后尿潴留的研究进行综述,旨在为临床工作提供参考。Hemorrhoids have a high clinical incidence.Surgery is the most common and important treatment for hemorrhoids.However,postoperative complications often bring great pain and psychological problem to patients.Urinary retention is a common complication after hemorrhoid surgery.The external therapy of traditional Chinese medicine plays an important role in preventing and treating the urinary retention after hemorrhoids with advantages of being simple,economic and effective.In this paper,a large number of literature materials were collected to review the research on the prevention and treatment of urinary retention by external therapies of TCM after hemorrhoids operation in recent years,in order to provide reference for clinical work.
