摘　　要：腰背肌筋膜炎是一种发病率高、治愈率低、反复发作、逐渐年轻化的疾病,严重危害人们的工作与生活。目前,已有许多文献报道,其中以中医治疗为主,疗效明显,为了更好地了解该病的中医治疗进展,以下对近年来有关疗法进行综述。Myofascial pain syndrome is a disease with high incidence,low cure rate,repeated attacks and gradual rejuvenation,which seriously endangers people’s work and life.At present,there are many literature reports,among which traditional Chinese medicine is the main treatment,and the effect is obvious.In order to better understand the treatment progress of this disease,the related therapies in recent years are summarized below.
