肛肠治疗仪联合侧切法对环状混合痔患者进行治疗的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的临床治疗环状混合痔病患时采用侧切法联合肛肠治疗仪的临床疗效研究。方法随机选取2021年1~12月肛肠科收治的82例患有环状混合痔的病患进行临床研究。将82例病患依照计算机表法均分为对照组、研究组,每组均为41例。其中对照组采用常规治疗方法,研究组使用侧切法联合肛肠治疗仪治疗环状混合痔,对比两组病患治疗后临床疗效、并发症发生情况及两组病患临床各项指标数值。结果经临床研究得出,研究组病患治疗有效率为97.56%,明显高于对照组80.49%,研究组病患并发症发生率为4.88%,明显低于对照组21.95%(P<0.05);研究组病患手术时间、创口愈合时间、住院时间、康复效果等各项临床指标显著优于对照组,组间开展比较分析差异显著(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗环状混合痔病患时采用侧切法联合肛肠治疗仪治疗效果显著,能够有效降低并发症发生概率,缩短病患康复速度,减少住院时间,值得应用。Objective To study the clinical efficacy of lateral incision combined with anorectal therapeutic apparatus in the clinical treatment of annular mixed hemorrhoids.Methods From January 2021,our hospital collected cases and formulated a research plan until December 2021.During this period,82 patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids admitted to the department of anorectal in our hospital were selected for clinical research.82 patients were divided into control group and study group according to the computer table method,and the number of patients in each group was 41 cases.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with lateral incision combined with anorectal therapeutic apparatus.Mixed hemorrhoids,the clinical efficacy,the incidence of complications,and the numerical values of various clinical indicators of the two groups of patients after treatment were compared.Results According to the clinical study,the effective rate of the study group was 97.56%,which was significantly higher than the effective rate of the control group(80.49%).The complication rate of the study group(4.88%)was higher than that of the control group(21.95%),P<0.05.The clinical indexes of patients in the study group,such as operation time,wound healing time,length of hospital stay and rehabilitation effect,were significantly better than those in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids patients,the lateral incision method combined with anorectal therapy instrument has remarkable therapeutic effect,which can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,shorten the patient’s recovery speed and reduce the length of hospital stay,so it is worthy of application.
