摘　　要：早发性卵巢功能不全(Premature Ovarian Insufficiency,POI)指女性在40岁之前出现卵巢功能的减退,影响患者的身心健康,是困扰现代生殖医学的难题。中医学认为POI归属于“年未老经水断”“闭经”“月经过少”的范畴。岭南罗氏妇科注重调补肾脾,先后天并重,提倡“肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫生殖轴”学说,赵颖教授为岭南罗氏妇科第四代主要传承人,其认为POI在于冲任失调、肾脾虚弱,从冲任失调角度论治,利用时间周期疗法、顺应时间节律,治疗上以温经汤为核心,调摄冲任、补肾健脾,疗效显著。Premature ovarian insufficiency(POI)refers to the decline of ovarian function in women before the age of 40,which affects the physical and mental health of patients.It is a problem puzzling modern reproductive medicine.In traditional Chinese medicine,POI generally belongs to the categories of“menopause occurs earlier than it normally does”,“amenorrhea”and“hypomenorrhea”.The school of Lingnan Luo′s Gynecology pays attention to regulating and tonifying kidney and spleen,places equal emphasis on innateness and acquirement,and advocates the theory of“kidney-reproduction-stimulating essence-thoroughfare and conception vessels-uterus reproductive axis”.Professor Zhao Ying,the main successor of the fourth generation of Lingnan Luo′s Gynecology,believes that the disease lies in disharmony of thoroughfare and conception vessels and kidney-spleen weakness.She treats POI based on the time cycle therapy,and mainly uses Wenjing Decoction to regulate thoroughfare and conception vessels,tonify kidney and invigorate spleen,which achieves remarkable curative effect.
