摘　　要：收集分析中医古籍中关于心脏神经症的症状、病机、治疗原则记载,对“心悸”“卑惵”“胸痹心痛”“心痹”“郁证”等病名内涵进行探讨。心脏神经症是以心血管症状为主要表现的神经官能症特殊类型,以心慌、胸闷、心前区疼痛为主症,伴或不伴情绪低落抑郁或紧张不安。通过研究,“心悸”含义广泛,可作为心脏神经症的病名,但重叠度高,缺乏针对性。“卑惵”与心脏神经症涵盖心、身,更为贴切。“胸痹心痛”和“郁证”只反映了心脏神经症临床症状的一个侧面,“心痹”与心脏神经症本质病机不同,均不能体现本病特质。认为“心悸”和“卑惵”作为心脏神经症中医病名具有合理性,“卑惵”针对性更高,以期为临床提供有益借鉴。This paper collected and analyzed the symptoms,pathogenesis,and treatment principles of cardiac neurosis in ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and discussed the connotation of names in TCM such as“Xin Ji”(palpitation),“Bei Die”(guilt complex due to heart blood insufficiency),“Xiong Bi Xin Tong”(chest impediment and heart pain),“Xin Bi”(heart impediment),and“Yu Zheng”(stagnation syndrome).Cardiac neurosis is a special type of neurosis with cardiovascular symptoms as the main manifestations,with palpitation,chest distress,and precardiac pain as the main symptoms,with or without depression or anxiety.Through the study,“Xin JiA”had a wide meaning and could be used as the name of cardiac neurosis in TCM,but the overlap degree was high and the pertinence was lacked.Both the connotations of“Bei Die”and cardiac neurosis covered the heart and the body,therefore,this name was more appropriate.“Xiong Bi Xin Tong”and“Yu Zheng”only reflected one side of the symptoms of cardiac neurosis,and the essential pathogenesis of“Xin Bi”was different from that of cardiac neurosis,which could not reflect the characteristics of cardiac neurosis.In conclusion,it is reasonable to consider“Xin Ji”and“Bei Die”as names of cardiac neurosis in TCM,and“Bei Die”is more specific.This paper is expected to provide useful references for clinical practice.
