中药热敷治疗肌筋膜疼痛综合征临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药热敷治疗肌筋膜疼痛综合征(MPS)的临床疗效。方法将68例MPS患者予中药热敷治疗,连续治疗7 d。比较治疗3、7 d疗效;比较治疗前与治疗3、7 d疼痛数字评价量表(NRS)评分变化;比较男女治疗前与治疗3、7 d NRS评分变化;观察治疗3、7 d不良反应发生情况。结果本组68例,脱落7例。治疗3 d总有效率83.6%(51/61),治疗7 d总有效率95.1%(58/61),治疗7 d疗效优于治疗3 d(P<0.05)。治疗3、7 d NRS评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗7 d NRS评分低于治疗3 d(P<0.05)。男女治疗前与治疗3、7 d NRS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗3、7 d不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药热敷治疗MPS,治疗3 d后有效,治疗7 d后疗效更佳,疗效与性别无关。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine hot compress for myofascial pain syndrome(MPS).Methods MPS patients(n=68)were treated with Chinese medicine hot compress for 7 days.The key observation was the curative effects on days 3,7,Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)for pain,and NRS score on day 0 and on days 3,7 between male and female,adverse reaction on days 3,7.Results Seven cases was sloughed off in 68 patients.The overall effective rate on day 7 was better than that on day 3(95.1%[58/61]vs 83.6%[51/61],[P<0.05],respectively).NRS scores on days 3,7 were decreased compared with day 0(P<0.05),which on day 7 were decreased compared with day 3(P<0.05).The difference was not statistically significant in the NRS score on day 0 and on days 3,7 between male and female(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the adverse reaction between day 3 and day 7(P>0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine hot compress has a certain curative effect in treating MPS,but the curative effect on day 7 is superior to that on day 3,and the treatment effect is independent of gender.
