三金汤加减方治疗输尿管软镜碎石术后残石的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:研究三金汤加减方治疗输尿管软镜碎石术后残石的效果。方法:选取2020年6月至2022年6月广西贵港市人民医院泌尿外科收治的输尿管软镜碎石术后残石患者100例,采用双盲法将其均分为常规治疗组和三金汤加减方组。常规治疗组患者给予常规西医治疗,三金汤加减方组患者采用三金汤加减方进行治疗,对比两组患者的排石情况、疼痛情况、术后不良事件的发生情况和治疗效果。结果:治疗1周后、治疗2周后、治疗3周后,三金汤加减方组患者的残石明显滞留率均低于常规治疗组患者,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。三金汤加减方组患者术后疼痛等级的分布情况优于常规治疗组患者,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。三金汤加减方组患者术后不良事件的发生率低于常规治疗组患者,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。三金汤加减方组患者的治疗总有效率高于常规治疗组患者,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:三金汤加减方治疗输尿管软镜碎石术后残石的效果较好,可有效地加快患者体内残石排出的速度,将其疼痛程度控制在可接受的范围内,同时对于治疗安全性的提高有显著成效,值得推广。Objective:To study the effect of Sanjin Decoction plus Xiaofang on residual stone after ureteroscopic lithotripsy.Methods:100 patients with residual stone after flexible ureteroscope lithotripsy were selected from the Department of Urology,Guigang People’s Hospital of Guangxi from June 2020 to June 2022,and were divided into conventional treatment group and Sanjin Decoction plus or minus prescription group by double-blind method.Patients in the conventional treatment group were given conventional Western medicine treatment,and patients in the Sanjin Decoction plus or minus prescription group were treated with Sanjin Decoction plus or minus prescription.Stone discharge,pain,postoperative adverse events and therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After 1 week of treatment,2 weeks of treatment and 3 weeks of treatment,the significant retention rate of residual stone in Sanjin Decoction plus/minus formula group was lower than that in conventional treatment group,and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).The distribution of postoperative pain grade in Sanjin Decoction plus minus formula group was better than that in conventional treatment group,and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse events in Sanjin Decoction plus or minus formula group was lower than that in conventional treatment group,and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of Sanjin Decoction plus or minus formula group was higher than that of conventional treatment group,and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sanjin Decoction plus/Plus formula has a good effect on residual stone after ureteral soft lithotripsy,which can effectively accelerate the rate of residual stone excretion in patients and control the pain degree within an acceptable range.Meanwhile,it has a significant effect on the improvement of treatment safety,which is worth promoting.
