摘　　要：近年来随着经济的快速发展及生活水平的提高,人们的饮食结构发生了极大的改变,儿童、青少年肥胖的发病率呈逐年增高的趋势,成为世界范围内重要的社会和公共卫生问题。儿童肥胖不仅会使得其成年后高血压、糖尿病、血脂代谢紊乱等心血管疾病、代谢疾病异常高发,还会影响其成年终身高。中医药在治疗儿童肥胖症方面具有疗效确切、毒副作用少等优势,近年来成为了临床上关注和研究的重点。本文就叶进教授从肝脾肾论治儿童肥胖症的经验进行总结。In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and the improvement of living standards,people’s diet structure has undergone great changes.The incidence of obesity in children and adolescents is increasing year by year,which has become an important social and public health problem worldwide.Obesity in children will not only lead to an abnormally high incidence of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases such as hypertension,diabetes and dyslipidemia,but also affect their adult height at the end of the year.In recent years,TCM has become the focus of clinical attention and research because of its advantages in the treatment of childhood obesity,such as definite curative effect and less toxic side effects.This paper summarizes Professor Ye Jin’s experience in treating childhood obesity from liver,spleen and kidney.
