摘　　要：目的建立经典名方桑白皮汤的指纹图谱检测方法。方法采用HPLC法,利用ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C_(18)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1 ml/min,检测波长250 nm,柱温25℃,以栀子苷为参照峰,使用中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统对15批样品指纹图谱进行相似度评价。结果15批样品相似度均大于0.99,标出23个共有峰,指认了4个共有峰。结论该方法稳定性好、重复性好,可为桑白皮汤物质基准研究奠定基础。Objective To establish the fingerprint detection method for classical herbal formula Mulberry Bark Decoction.Methods By HPLC,ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C_(18)column was used with a mobile phase of methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid gradient elution.The flow rate was 1ml/min,the detection wavelength was 250 nm,and the column temperature was 25℃.The fingerprint similarity of 15 batches was calculated by Chinese Medicine Chromatographic Fingerprint Similarity Evaluation System.Results The similarities of the 15 batches of samples were above 0.99.There were 23 common peaks,and 4 common peaks were determined.Conclusion The method is stable and reproducible,which can be used for future studies on the material basis of Mulberry Bark Decoction.
