某院2019~2021年常用高尿酸血症与抗痛风药使用分析

摘　　要：目的分析某院近3年常用抗痛风药的使用数量、金额、DDDs趋势。方法从某院HIS系统中提取2019~2021年常用抗痛风药的消耗数量、所用金额、DDDs、DDC等,分析常用抗痛风药的临床使用情况。结果2019~2021年常用抗痛风药中日均费用最高的是非布司他片,其DDC最高时为18.74元,最低也有13.17元,平均为15.06元;2019~2021年用药金额分别为231858.04元、217475元、169210.43元,用药金额排在首位的是非布司他片,一直在80%以上;DDDs最高的是非布司他片,其次为苯溴马隆片。结论某院临床常用抗痛风药的使用中,日均费用最高的为非布司他片,最低的为秋水仙碱。临床选用非布司他的频率相对最高,对此类药的选择倾向性最大,而抗痛风急性期用药秋水仙碱的使用率虽较小却相对较为平稳。Objective To analyze the number,amount and DDDs trend of commonly used anti-gout drugs in a hospital in the past three years.Methods The consumption quantity,amount of commonly used anti-gout drugs,DDDs,DDC,etc.from the HIS system of a hospital were extracted,and the clinical use of commonly used anti-gout drugs was analyzed.Results The highest average daily cost of commonly used antigout drugs in 2019~2021 was febuxostat tablets,and its DDC was 18.74 yuan at the highest time,and the lowest was 13.17 yuan,with an average of 15.06 yuan;The the amount of medication of 2019~2021 is 231,858.04 yuan,217,475 yuan,169,210.43 yuan,and the amount of medication in the first place is febuxelat tablets,which has been more than 80%;the highest DDDs are nonbuxelat tablets,followed by phenbromarone tablets.Conclusion In the use of commonly used anti-gout drugs in a hospital,the highest daily cost is febuxostat tablets,and the lowest is colchicine.The frequency of clinical use of febuxostat is relatively high,and the selection tendency of such drugs is the largest,while the use of colchicine in the acute phase of anti-gout is relatively small but relatively stable.
