摘　　要：目的观察红茂草胶囊对早中期肝癌的抑瘤效果和临床疗效。方法将符合条件的50例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各25例。对照组采用常规西医治疗。治疗组采用常规西医治疗联合口服红茂草胶囊,每次4粒,每日3次。每组以8周为1疗程,治疗8周后进行甲胎蛋白(AFP)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原19-9(CA19-9)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)的复查,评定治疗前后疗效及不良反应。结果与对照组相比较,治疗组AFP、CEA、CA19-9、ALT、AST含量明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比较,治疗组BUN、Cr较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不良反应发生率两组比较差异无统计学意义。结论红茂草胶囊联合西医治疗可抑制肿瘤效应,降低肿瘤标志物含量,改善肝功能,疗效显著,安全性高。Objective To observe the antitumor effect and clinical efficacy of Hongmaocao Capsule on early and middle hepatocellular carcinoma.Methods Fifty eligible patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 25 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine treatment.The treatment group received conventional western medicine treatment combined with Hongmaocao Capsules,4 tablets each time,3 times a day.After 8 weeks of treatment,alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),Carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 19-9(CA19-9),Alanine aminotransferase(ALT),Aspartate aminotransferase(AST),Urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(Cr)were reviewed to evaluate the efficacy and adverse reactions before and after treatment.Results Compared with the control group,AFP,CEA,CA19-9,ALT and AST contents in the treatment group were significantly decreased,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,BUN and Cr in the treatment group were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Hongmaocao Capsule can inhibit tumor effect,reduce the content of tumor markers,improve liver function,with significant curative effect and high safety.
