蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊对中型颅脑损伤患者认知功能障碍及生活能力的影响

摘　　要：目的观察蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊对中型颅脑损伤患者认知功能障碍及生活能力的影响。方法依据格拉斯哥昏迷评分GCS(9~12分)为中型颅脑损伤,选取西南医科大学附属中医医院神经外科2018年1月~2019年12月收治的80例中型颅脑损伤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,两组均给予西医常规治疗及认知功能康复治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊治疗,两组治疗疗程均为一个月。分别观察两组患者治疗前、后一个月认知功能(MMSE)评分、日常生活能力(Barthel Index,BI)评分、中医证候积分,比较两组患者临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后MMSE评分、BI评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组中医证候积分较对照组显著改善(P<0.05),两组均未见不良反应。结论蛭龙活血通瘀胶囊能够改善中型颅脑损伤后认知功能障碍患者的临床症状,提高患者的认知能力和日常生活行为能力。Objective To observe the effects of Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu Capsule on the cognitive impairment and living ability of patients with moderate traumatic brain injury.Methods Based on the Glasgow Coma Score GCS(9-12)for moderate traumatic brain injury,80 patients with moderate traumatic brain injury admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery of the Affiliated Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Southwest Medical University from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,both groups were given conventional Western medicine treatment and cognitive function rehabilitation treatment,and the observation group was treated with Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu Capsule on top of the control group.The treatment course of both groups was one month.The cognitive function(MMSE)score,daily living ability(Barthel Index,BI)score,and syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)were observed in the two groups before and one month after treatment,respectively,and the clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse effects were compared.Results The total clinical efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the MMSE score and BI score of both groups were significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05),and the syndrome score of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)of the observation group was significantly improved compared with that of the control group(P<0.05),and no adverse effects were observed in both groups.Conclusion Zhilong Huoxue Tongyu Capsule can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with cognitive impairment after moderate traumatic brain injury,and improve their cognitive abilities and behavioral ability in daily life.
