穴位贴敷结合益气养血汤治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变的疗效

摘　　要：目的分析穴位贴敷结合益气养血汤治疗糖尿病性视网膜病变(DR)效果。方法选取2021年1月~2021年12月揭西县中医医院DR患者185例,采用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(92例184眼)采用羟苯磺酸钙治疗,观察组(93例186眼)在对照组基础上采用穴位贴敷结合益气养血汤治疗。比较两组疗效,统计治疗前后视功能(视力、视野损伤程度),检测血液流变学(血小板聚集率、全血黏度低切、全血黏度高切)、血糖波动[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)]及血管生成相关因子[γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)]变化情况,统计不良反应。结果观察组治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组视力、IFN-γ水平较治疗前提高,视野损害评分、血小板聚集率、全血黏度低切、全血黏度高切、VEGF水平较治疗前降低,且观察组提高/降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前后FPG、2hPG水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组不良反应发生率8.60%(8/93)与对照组6.52%(6/92)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在常规西药基础上采用穴位贴敷结合益气养血汤治疗DR患者效果确切,可改善血液流变学,促进视力恢复,预防疾病进展,安全可靠。Objective To analyze the effect of acupoint patching combined with Yiqi nourishing blood soup in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy(DR).Methods 185 cases of DR patients in Jiexi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected and divided into two groups using the random number table method.The control group(92 cases with 184 eyes)was treated with calcium hydroxybenzene sulfonate,and the observation group(93 cases with 186 eyes)was treated with acupoint patching combined with Yiqi nourishing blood soup on the basis of the control group.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared,and the visual function(visual acuity,degree of visual field damage),blood rheology(platelet aggregation rate,whole blood viscosity low cut,whole blood viscosity high cut),blood glucose fluctuations[fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose(2hPG)]and changes in angiogenesis-related factors[gamma-interferon(IFN-γ),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)]before and after treatment were counted,the adverse effects were counted.Results The treatment effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,visual acuity and IFN-γlevels improved in both groups compared with those before treatment,and visual field damage score,platelet aggregation rate,whole blood viscosity low cut,whole blood viscosity high cut,and VEGF levels decreased compared with those before treatment,and the improvement/decrease in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05);the differences in FPG and 2hPG levels before and after treatment between the two groups with no statistically significant(P>0.05);the difference between the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group 8.60%(8/93)and the control group 6.52%(6/92)was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of acupoint patching with Yiqi nourishing blood soup combined with conventional western medicine are effective in treating DR patie
