摘　　要：铁是人体中非常重要的元素,主要贮存于血红蛋白和肌红蛋白,负责氧的运输以及机体能量代谢等。缺铁性贫血是贫血中最常见的一种类型,占贫血发生率的一半。缺铁性贫血可使身体乏力、精神难以集中,严重者会导致意识障碍,是围手术期的危险因素之一。目前缺铁性贫血的主要治疗方法是铁补充。本文通过查阅说明书和检索文献对不同品种铁剂进行总结和对比分析,为临床进行药物选择和使用铁剂的药学监护提供参考。Iron is a very important element in the human body. It is mainly stored in hemoglobin and myoglobin,responsible for oxygen transportation and body energy metabolism. Iron deficiency anemia(IDA)is the most common type of anemia,accounting for half of the incidence of anemia. IDA can cause body fatigue and difficulty in concentration. In severe cases,it can lead to disturbance of consciousness,which is one of the risk factors in perioperative period. At present,the main treatment for IDA is iron supplement. This article summarizes and compares different varieties of iron agents by reviewing the product instructions and literatures in order to provide reference for clinical drug selection and pharmaceutical care.
