摘　　要：铁缺乏是缺铁性贫血的主要原因,铁丢失增加及铁摄入和吸收减少是造成缺铁的主要因素。静脉铁剂常用于口服铁剂无法耐受或疗效不佳的铁缺乏症患者。近年来新型静脉铁剂发展迅速,但临床对其安全性及有效性认识不足。本文主要对新型静脉铁剂的安全性,以及在心力衰竭、慢性肾病、炎性肠病、围手术期及妇产科中临床应用的有效性进行综述。Iron deficiency is the main cause of iron deficiency anemia.The increase of iron loss and the decrease of iron intake and absorption are the keys to iron deficiency.Intravenous iron is commonly used in the treatment of iron deficiency patients who are unable to tolerate oral iron or have poor efficacy.In recent years,new intravenous iron have developed rapidly,however the clinical research of its efficacy and safety is still insufficient.This paper is mainly reviewed the safety of new intravenous iron,and and the effectiveness of its clinical application in heart failure,chronic kidney disease,inflammatory bowel disease,perioperative period and obstetrics and gynecology.
