尿毒清联合金水宝对慢性肾功能不全患者电解质水平及蛋白代谢的影响  

Effect of Niaoduqing Combined with Jinshuibao on Electrolyte Level and Protein Metabolism in Patients with Chronic Renal Insufficiency

摘　　要：目的评价慢性肾功能不全患者应用金水宝联合尿毒清治疗后蛋白质代谢、电解质指标的改善情况。方法选取2017年10月-2021年10月在我院治疗的80例慢性肾功能不全患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组、联合用药组,每组40例。对照组给予尿毒清口服治疗,联合用药组在对照组基础上给予金水宝片口服治疗,比较两组血清Ca^(2+)、P^(3-)、K^(+)电解质指标、24 h尿蛋白、肾功能指标(肌酐清除率、血尿素氮、血清肌酐及尿酸)及临床疗效。结果联合用药组血Ca^(2+)高于对照组,血P^(3-)、K^(+)低于对照组(P<0.05);联合用药组24 h尿蛋白、尿酸、血尿素氮、血清肌酐低于对照组,肌酐清除率高于对照组(P<0.05);联合用药组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论金水宝联合尿毒清可以改善慢性肾功能不全患者蛋白质代谢、电解质、肾功能指标,提高临床疗效,值得应用。Objective To evaluate the improvement of protein metabolism and electrolyte indexes in patients with chronic renal insufficiency after treatment with Jinshuibao combined with Niaoduqing.Methods Eighty patients with chronic renal insufficiency treated in our hospital from October2017 to October 2021 were selected and divided into control group and combination group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Niaoduqing orally,and the combination group was treated with Jinshuibao tablets orally on the basis of the control group.The serum Ca^(2+),P^(3-),K^(+)electrolyte indexes,24 h urine protein,renal function indexes(creatinine clearance rate,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine and uric acid)and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The blood Ca^(2+)in the combination group was higher than that in the control group,and the blood P^(3-)and K^(+)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The 24 h urine protein,uric acid,blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine in the combination group were lower than those in the control group,and the creatinine clearance rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jinshuibao combined with Niaoduqing can improve protein metabolism,electrolyte and renal function indexes in patients with chronic renal insufficiency,improve clinical efficacy,and is worthy of application.
