摘　　要：近年来,面对肺癌的高发病率和高死亡率,现代医学取得了不错的成绩,但其治疗后的不良反应也非常明显。中成药为临床上肺癌的治疗提供了良好的思路,目前临床上应用的中成药较多,疗效明显,但缺乏大量临床证据支持,其中部分临床研究表明中成药紫龙金片可以减轻不良反应、改善患者生活质量、提高免疫力。本文主要阐述了部分临床上疗效显著的中成药在肺癌中的应用现状,以期为临床治疗肺癌提供指导。In recent years,facing the high incidence and mortality of lung cancer,modern medicine has made good achievements,but its adverse reactions after treatment are also very obvious.Chinese patent medicine provides a good idea for the clinical treatment of lung cancer.At present,there are many Chinese patent medicines in clinical application,and the curative effect is obvious,but there is a lack of a large number of clinical evidence support.Some clinical studies have shown that Zilongjin Tablets can reduce adverse reactions,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve immunity.This article mainly expounds the application status of some clinically effective Chinese patent medicines in lung cancer,in order to provide guidance for clinical treatment of lung cancer.
